STAGE
Anna-Marie's favorite aspect of acting is the stage. Since her first step on stage it has been an ongoing love affair. At her first theatre audition she received the lead role of Florence Unger in Neil Simon's THE ODD COUPLE (female version).
In the audience was an artistic director who would offer her her next big role in ALADDIN~A Traditional British Pantomime. It was another lead role playing Aladdin's sidekick, his little brother, Wishy-Washy. She received great reviews and her first fan mail.
Anna-Marie was now addicted to the theatre and continued to study and grow doing play readings, improv, work-shopping new plays, and playing supporting roles.
Her next leading role, and most favored to date, would be that of Shelby in Robert Harling's STEEL MAGNOLIAS. It was a huge success with standing ovations and sold out audiences. So much so that the play was remounted to sold out audiences.
JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT
This was followed by playing the roles of the rowdy brother Dan and the sexy Mrs.Potiphar in JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT. Sold out audiences once again forced the show to remount.
